Budapest Select arrives at Milan Fashion Week with a creative presentation
The Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency (MDDÜ) is presenting Hungarian fashion and creative industry brands and artists at a special event. On September 19, 2024, guests are invited to the Budapest Select Presentation at the Casa degli Artisti building. The event is being held with the professional support of the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) as part of the official calendar of events for Milan Fashion Week.
The Budapest Select Presentation promises a special experience where the worlds of fashion, design, and beauty meet. The event will be held in the exclusive venue of Casa degli Artisti in the center of Milan, featuring eight Hungarian fashion brands: BORBALA, CHOKASSY, CUKOVY, JUDIT BÁRÁNY, KATA SZEGEDI, NANUSHKA, SOLÆR and ZSIGMOND. For the first time, the presentation will take place at a separate venue, organized independently by MDDÜ, further strengthening the international presence of the Hungarian fashion and creative industries. The Budapest Select umbrella brand, created for international appearances, helps to increase the visibility of the brands during foreign appearances through unified communication.
In addition to fashion brands, creative designers and artists also play a central role at Milan Fashion Week. Budapest Select will feature a number of prominent designers and artists, including &Famke, Anna Cserba, Balázs Veres, David Nemeth, ERROR N' MORE, HORA, Julia Nema, KOMONKA, Meander, Mónika Üveges, Nora Szirmai, Petra Szondi, sarakele studio, Studio Arkitekter, and UTO. The experiences offered by the event will be enhanced by the luxury cosmetics brand Omorovicza with its Budapest-inspired products.
The Budapest Select Presentation is not just a fashion event, but a complex experience where visitors can immerse themselves in the world of Hungarian fashion, design, beauty, gastronomy, and art. During the event, Hungarian DJ sets and creative installations will create a unique atmosphere that authentically conveys the eclectic, vibrant energy of Budapest. Those interested will have a unique opportunity to discover the unexpected versatility and energy of the Hungarian creative industry on this international platform.
